【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardappliestotheconductionandtheradiationofradio-frequencydisturbancesfromapplianceswhosemainfunctionsareperformedbymotorsandswitchingorregulatingdevices,unlessther.f.energyisintentionallygeneratedorintendedforillumination.Itincludessuchequipmentas:householdelectricalappliances,electrictools,regulatingcontrolsusingsemiconductordevices,motor-drivenelectro-medicalapparatus,electric/electronictoys,automaticdispensingmachinesaswellascineorslideprojectors.Alsoincludedinthescopeofthisstandardare:–separatepartsoftheabovementionedequipmentsuchasmotors,switchingdevicese.g.(powerorprotective)relays,howevernoemissionrequirementsapplyunlessformulatedinthisstandard.Excludedfromthescopeofthisstandardare:–apparatusforwhichallemissionrequirementsintheradiofrequencyrangeareexplicitlyformulatedinotherIECorCISPRstandards;NOTE1Examplesare:?luminaires,includingportableluminairesforchildren,dischargelampsandotherlightingdevices:CISPR15;?audioandvideoequipmentandelectronicmusicinstruments,otherthantoys:CISPR13andCISPR20(seealso7.3.5.4.2);?mainscommunicationdevices,aswellasbabysurveillancesystems:IEC61000-3-8;?equipmentforgenerationanduseofradiofrequencyenergyforheatingandtherapeuticpurposes:CISPR11;?microwaveovens:CISPR11(butbeawareof1.3onmultifunctionequipment);?informationtechnologyequipment,e.g.homecomputers,personalcomputers,electroniccopyingmachines:CISPR22;?electronicequipmenttobeusedonmotorvehicles:CISPR12;?radiocontrols,walkie-talkiesandothertypesofradio-transmitters,alsowhenusedwithtoys.–regulatingcontrolsandequipmentwithregulatingcontrolsincorporatingsemiconductordeviceswitharatedinputcurrentofmorethan25Aperphase;–stand-alonepowersupplies.NOTE2Toyspoweredbythesupplysystemofamotor-poweredvehicle,shiporaircraftarenotcoveredbythisstandard.1.2Thefrequencyrangecoveredis9kHzto400GHz.1.3Multifunctionequipmentwhichissubjectedsimultaneouslytodifferentclausesofthisstandardand/orotherstandardsshallmeettheprovisionsofeachclause/standardwiththerelevantfunctionsinoperation;detailsaregivenin7.2.1.1.4Thelimitsinthisstandardhavebeendeterminedonaprobabilisticbasis,tokeepthesuppressionofdisturbanceseconomicallyfeasiblewhilestillachievinganadequateradioprotection.Inexceptionalcasesradiofrequencyinterferencemayoccur,inspiteofcompliancewiththelimits.Insuchacase,additionalprovisionsmayberequired.1.5Theeffectsofelectromagneticphenomenarelatingtothesafetyofapparatusareexcludedfromthescopeofthisstandard.
