【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61243isapplicabletoportablevoltagedetectors,withorwithoutbuilt-inpowersources,tobeusedonelectricalsystemsforvoltagesof1kVto765kVa.c.,andfrequenciesof50Hzand/or60Hz.Thispartappliesonlytovoltagedetectorsofcapacitivetypeusedincontactwiththeparttobetested,asacompletedeviceincludingitsinsulatingelementorasaseparatedevice,adaptabletoaninsulatingstickwhich,asaseparatetool,isnotcoveredbythisstandard(see4.4.1forgeneraldesign).Othertypesofvoltagedetectorsarenotcoveredbythispartofthestandard.Somerestrictionsontheiruseareapplicableinthecaseoffactory-assembledswitchgearandonoverheadsystemsofelectrifiedrailways(seeAnnexB,instructionsforuse).NOTEExceptwhereotherwisespecified,allthevoltagesdefinedinthisstandardrefertovaluesofphase-to-phasevoltagesofthree-phasesystems.Inothersystems,theapplicablephase-to-phaseorphase-to-earth(ground)voltagesshouldbeusedtodeterminetheoperatingvoltage.
