【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61675specifiesterminologyandtestmethodsfordescribingthecharacter-isticsofAngertyperotationalGAMMACAMERASINGLEPHOTONEMISSIONCOMPUTEDTOMOGRAPHS(SPECT),equippedwithparallelholecollimators.AsthesesystemsarebasedonAngertypeGAMMACAMERASthispartofIEC61675shallbeusedinconjunctionwithIEC60789.Thesesystemsconsistofagantrysystem,singleormultipleDETECTORHEADSandacomputersystemtogetherwithacquisition,recording,anddisplaydevices.ThispartofIEC61675-2alsospecifiestestconditionsfordeclaringthecharacteristicsofsinglephotoncomputertomographsoperatedincoincidencemodeaswellasinsinglephotonmode.ThetestmethodsspecifiedforcoincidencemodearebasedonthetestmethodsfordedicatedPETtomographsasdescribedinIEC61675-1toreflectaswellaspossibletheclinicaluseofcoincidencedetection.TestshavebeenmodifiedtoreflectthelimitedsensitivityandCOUNTRATECHARACTERISTICSofthesinglephotoncomputertomographsoperatedincoincidencedetectionmodeonlywhenneeded.ThetestmethodsspecifiedinthispartofIEC61675havebeenselectedtoreflectasmuchaspossibletheclinicaluseofAngertyperotationalGAMMACAMERASINGLEPHOTONEMISSIONCOMPUTEDTOMOGRAPHS(SPECT).ItisintendedthatthetestmethodsbecarriedoutbymanufacturerstherebyenablingthemtodescribethecharacteristicsofSPECTsystemsonacommonbasis.Notesthasbeenspecifiedtocharacterizetheuniformityofreconstructedimagesbecauseallmethodsknownsofarwillmostlyreflectthenoiseoftheimage.
