【摘要】:Inordertodeterminethecharacteristicsoftheasphaltinanasphaltpavingmixture,itisnecessarytoextracttheasphaltfromtheaggregatebymeansofasuitablesolventandthentorecovertheasphaltfromthesolventwithoutsignificantlychangingtheasphaltrsquo;properties.Theasphaltrecoveredfromthesolventbythispracticecanbetestedusingthesamemethodsasfortheoriginalasphaltcement,andcomparisonsbetweenthepropertiesoftheoriginalandrecoveredasphaltcanbemade.1.1Thispracticeisintendedtorecoverasphaltfromasolventusingtherotaryevaporatortoensurethatchangesintheasphaltpropertiesduringtherecoveryprocessareminimized.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
